Mazda Academy-Direct

Mazda Academy-Direct is an innovative initiative which delivers seminars and workshops from the experts to your desk. All you need is a web browser and a telephone to take part. Webinars are a way of getting short, directed training without leaving your dealership.

When you book onto a webinar you will receive an invitation with a link and a password to allow you access to the webinar. On the day, click the link to take you to the Mazda Academy-Direct webpage, where you will log in with the password. The system will then run a small piece of software. This will require Active-X to run, and you may need to allow this to be installed on your system. This may take a few minutes, so it's a good idea to log in a few minutes before the start of the webinar. Once you are logged in, a pop up box will prompt you to phone into a teleconference, which will allow you to hear and speak to the trainer, live.
