Apprenticeship

A hands-on practical career that grows with you could start here.

Mazda, as one of the world’s largest and most exciting vehicle manufacturers, are committed to developing young people. A technician apprenticeship, working with one of our network dealers, is a fantastic start to your working life. We are looking for young people with an agile and logical mind wishing to combine those skills with a practical approach to working. Starting your career as an apprentice with Mazda gives you the skills and qualifications to develop your prospects as your aspirations grow.

You will need the ability to work with computers, extract data and then get stuck-in to electrical and mechanical systems with specialist equipment, parts and hand tools. There’s no better career to combine your mental agility with your practical skills.

The Mazda Advanced Apprenticeship Programme is open to all young people. Successful applicants will have employment at one of our dealers allowing you to earn whilst developing skills and knowledge. Our vehicles, customers and colleagues deserve the best and your development is paramount to deliver that goal.

Periodically attending our Apprentice Academy for specific training will give you specialist knowledge to enable you to be part of the best team.

If you don’t want to continue studying at school or college but do want equivalent ‘A’ level qualifications that would allow you to progress your career at higher levels in the future then apply today. Your application does not commit you to anything. Giving us your details allows us to search our dealers to see if we have vacancies in a locality near to you. If we do, then you may be short listed to the next part of the process involving a more detailed assessment. Don’t worry, we’ll contact you if we can match a vacancy to your locality.
