About Mazda Academy

The Mazda Academy are here to create a Zoom-Zoom experience for all members of the Mazda family, both out in the dealer network and at MMUK, to help you share the passion of the Mazda brand with your customers and each other.

We aim to provide ongoing support for the dealer network, both in the Mazda approach, and in strategic methods of improving your bottom line. Much of our recent training has focussed on additional revenue streams, such as Mazda Contract Hire and Aftersales Selling Skills.

Alongside ongoing training programmes we have provided several programmes offering successful solutions to dealer issues.

We offer solutions for all aspects of the business – Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Technical, Fleet and Management.
