I was really pleased with the way the day went – Martin had prepared thoroughly and covered all the areas that I had highlighted after our assessment that we could probably do a little better on. We managed to get all our Mazda Sales staff to attend which was good and the feedback from all of them was very positive. The more experienced of them treated it as a refresher and the newer recruits learned new skills which will hopefully translate over time into more sales.
Overall, I found the whole assessment process of benefit and would like to thank you and the team for your help with the programme.

MMUK Field Force – Selling to the Business Customer
Phil pitched the course perfectly with a wide range of audience, there was a wide range of topics to cover off, all of which were well explained and thorough. For me, the explanation of the different types of business and their various needs was very valuable. I’m constantly talking to dealers about approaching their local businesses and having a full understand of what they are, how and why they purchase their cars the way they do. Dealers need to understand this and by me having a good understanding I’m able to pass this on with confidence.
Overall the course was well delivered and well received by a varied audience. The course was simple, traditional, yet made what could be a dry and boring subject quite interesting. All delegates were engaged and took a lot from the session. It was very useful running through the exercises on this subject matter as it helped leave a lasting footprint of knowledge. Phil was very knowledgeable and I think managed the different levels of experience and agendas very well.
